South Africans pay tribute to late Connie Chiume (72)

RIP Connie Chiume trends on social media following the passing of the legend. Connie has starred in multiple hit TV series such as Mohlolohadi, Yizo Yizo, Zone14, Rhythm City, Housekeepers, Grassroots, Marvel film Black Panther and Gomora.  The veteran actress' death was announced by her family on Instagram this Tuesday shortly after her passing. The statement discloses that Connie died at the hospital, but the cause of death wasn't revealed. South Africans have taken to various platforms to pay tribute to the late star, and also to express shock at the news of her passing.
