Thembi Mtshali-Jones joins Mzansi Wethu soapie, Sibongile & The Dlaminis as she replaces Slindile Nodangala.
Slindile who played the role of Sibongile’s step-mother, Deliwe, was fired from the production last month.
The legendary actress has started shooting her scenes to replace 52-year-old Nodangala.
A source close to the production team revealed that Thembi will be announced by the soapie early next year.
“They want to make a big reveal next year,” said the source.
