Controversial music executive Nhlamulo Nota Baloyi has beem arrested and sentenced to 60 days in jail.
According to Sunday World, Baloyi was sentenced after he was found guilty of being in contempt of court.
The podcaster had ignored a court order obtained by rapper K.O to refrain from sharing information implicating him in the assassination of rapper Kiernan “AKA” Forbes.
On Thursday, the police arrested Nota at the Randburg Magistrate’s Court while he was making an appearance for his rape case.
“The Sheriff of the court and the South African Police Service are directed to take the respondent into custody and to deliver the respondent to the Leeuwkop Prison or any other prison within Gauteng for a period of sixty days,” reads the order.
K.O had warned Nota Baloyi several times, as the business executive accused the rapper and his brother Siya Mdluli of being part of AKA’s assassination.
