Prince Kaybee eyes Chris Brown’s SA concert

South African DJ and producer Prince Kaybee sparked a heated debate on social media after sharing his thoughts on Chris Brown’s recent sold-out FNB Stadium concert.

A video of the packed venue, which accommodated over 90,000 fans, circulated on X (formerly Twitter), catching Kaybee’s attention.

Reacting to the clip, he tweeted, “It’s unfortunate that you start a career and never reach this level. Life is unfair, man.”

While his statement resonated with some, it quickly drew backlash.

Many criticized Kaybee for his sentiments, pointing out his past trolling of Cassper Nyovest, who famously filled the FNB Stadium during his Fill Up campaign in 2017.

Others accused Kaybee of harboring jealousy, with one user writing, “Stop looking with jealousy and focus on your own path. This is why you’ll never get ahead.”

A few fans, however, came to his defense, offering words of encouragement. “Don’t compare your life to others. There’s no comparison between the sun and the moon—they shine when it’s their time,” one user replied.

Some critics also attributed his lack of similar success to controversies in his personal life, including a past sex scandal and divisive opinions, which they believe have hindered his career growth.

One word for Prince Kaybee.
