Minister Gayton McKenzie threatens to take legal action against Ntsiki Mazwai.

Over the past couple of days, the controversial poet has been vocal about her exclusion from the international event, the Havana Book Fair in Cuba.

Ntsiki claims that Gayton replaced her with Unathi Nkayi, whom she labelled a fake writer.

Minister of Sport, Arts, and Culture messaged Ntsiki about her allegations against him.

“Ntsiki, you have made very serious allegations against me, very slanderous. I will take you to court, you will have a perfect opportunity to show the court of law your evidence,” he said “You have gone very far this time.” He asked her to share her invite from the Cubans to the book fair.

However, Ntsiki Mazwai remained firm about her claims, and further accused McKenzie of bullying her into silence.

Unathi also reacted to the saga on Instagram.

“This is AFTER she said I slept with Mr Mckenzie our minister. Maybe as the fake writer that she says I am I don’t know the meaning of slander. Let me go and google the word 🙆🏽‍♀️🙋🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️🤞🏾😩🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Tu tu tu ru THEY NOT LIKE US. PS My mother has just lost the love her life. Imagine her hearing that I’m sleeping with the minister as she mourns. THAT’S WHY I AM DOING THIS,” she wrote.
