Musa Khawula returns to social media
Musa Khawula, also known as Gossip Girl, has made a comeback on social media after spending weeks behind bars.
The controversial blogger landed in legal trouble after accusing Tamaryn Green’s husband, Ze Nxumalo, of infidelity.
Despite his repeated apologies, Nxumalo pursued legal action, reportedly to defend his wife’s reputation.
Upon his return to X (formerly Twitter), Khawula detailed his experiences and the developments in his case.
“Remember when we went on an old sold-out apology tour titled ‘Apology Hell’?! Turns out the tour was a huge flop,” he wrote.
He went on to accuse Nxumalo of allegedly paying an investigating officer to keep him in custody.
“How much bullying and suffering did ‘Mr. I Didn’t Cheat on My Pregnant Wife’ go through? We’ve since learned that ‘Mr. I Didn’t Cheat on My Pregnant Wife’ paid the investigating officer, Mr. Mabundzi*, up to R75,000 to ensure I was kept in custody.”
Khawula further claimed that another individual, whom he referred to as “the youthful man of the ruling party with grey hair,” had also filed a case against him, allegedly in response to his reporting on state corruption.
In his post, he also shared his bank details, requesting donations.
“I’m in a position where I could call out for help, but I don’t want y’all to do me dirty like y’all did Zuki Lamani when she needed to pay her hefty University of Cape Town bill. If you are in a position to donate some coint, here are my account details,” he wrote.
