Sizwe Dhlomo on Cassper Nyovvest’s music career

Radio personality Sizwe Dhlomo has shared his thoughts on Cassper Nyovest’s career, attributing the rapper’s continued success to divine intervention.

Taking to Twitter, Dhlomo praised Cassper’s ability to thrive despite challenges.

“Cassper’s success is actually ordained by God. I’ve seen him time & time again, triumph in adverse circumstances! Always pulling a rabbit out a hat,” he tweeted.

His comments came after Nyovest’s latest single, Kusho Bani, amassed millions of streams, topped charts, and gained international recognition.

The song faced criticism from some influential figures and socialites, but Cassper remained focused on celebrating his achievements.

Dhlomo also defended Cassper against skeptics, responding to claims that the rapper paid Serena Williams for an endorsement.

However, the tweet sparked mixed reactions. While some agreed with Sizwe’s sentiment, others dismissed his statement and took jabs at Cassper’s music.

“Nah, dawg… Cassper ain’t ordained by God. Last time he dropped a hit, AKA was still breathin’. Now he out here making TikTok songs. Bro fell off harder than his pens. Y’all gassin’ up mediocrity like he ain’t been rappin’ nursery rhymes for the past five years,” one user commented.

Another defended Cassper, saying, “Like his music or not, dude is definitely a trendsetter!! He is gifted.”
