The criticism quickly gained traction, prompting a response from the Jerusalema hitmaker himself.
Unbothered by the negative feedback, Master KG defended his signature sound, pointing out that his music continues to dominate streaming platforms.
“My sound works,” he stated, adding that his previous project with Nkosazana Daughter was highly successful.
To prove his point, the producer shared a screenshot showing impressive streaming numbers for Mfazi We Phepha, his recent hit featuring Nkosazana Daughter.
With millions of streams to his name, Master KG made it clear that he isn’t about to change a formula that keeps delivering results.
