Add one tablespoon of chia seeds to a cup of warm water and allow it to soak for a few minutes, then drink. The fitness coach calls this drink a ‘fat burner’. Small in size but big on benefits, ginger shots are a powerful way to jumpstart your metabolism each morning. This potent ginger shot reduces bloating, enhances digestion, and speeds up metabolism. “Ingredients: 1 big ginger, a thumb-sized turmeric, 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper, 1/2 medium-sized lemon juice, & 1 tablespoon of honey. Blend your ginger, turmeric, black pepper, & lemon juice- pour into your cup, add your honey, stir, and keep in the fridge overnight. Drink up waking up in the morning,” the coach suggests
