Former Nigerian President Muhammadu Buhari dies in London

Muhammadu Buhari has passed away 

Nigerian former President Muhammad Buhari passed away this Sunday, July 13.

He died at a hospital in London.

Bihari’s former aide, Bashir Ahmad, announced the passing on X.

He wrote: “The family of the former president has announced the passing on of the former president, Muhammadu Buhari, GCFR, this afternoon in a clinic in London.

May Allah accept him in Aljannatul Firdaus. Amin.”

The family also announced Muhammadu Buhari’s death through his official X account.

President Buhari served as Nigeria’s civilian president from 2015 to 2023 after previously leading the country as a military head of state between 1983 and 1985.
