Emtee says he needs new management
South African rapper Emtee gave a candid call for professional support of his music career.
The Roll Up hitmaker took to social media, posting a simple but striking message.
“I’m in need of a manager. A real one.”
The post quickly gained traction, prompting widespread speculation about what may be unfolding in the artist’s camp.
While brief, the plea suggests a deeper frustration and a pressing need for change in how Emtee’s career is being handled.
Known for being outspoken and transparent about both personal struggles and industry challenges, Emtee’s message felt more like a statement of intent than a casual tweet.
The emphasis on finding “a real one” hints at a desire for a trustworthy and experienced partner.
Despite facing several obstacles over the years, from a highly publicized fallout with his former label Ambitiouz Entertainment to building his own path under Emtee Records, the rapper has remained a respected figure in South African hip hop.
