Gogo Skhotheni reacts to Sol Phenduka’s suspension from Kaya FM
Podcaster and radio host Sol Phenduka turned to humour to address being suspended by Kaya FM, and it didn’t take long for Gogo Skhotheni to chime in.
On Wednesday, 20 August 2025, Phenduka shared a tongue-in-cheek post on Instagram, holding up a bottle of traditional medicine and captioning it: “Isiwasho sokubangathi ukhona emsebenzini ube ungekho,” which translates to, “A cleansing medicine that makes it seem like you have a job when you’re actually unemployed.”
The playful post quickly went viral, drawing laughter from fans who expressed how much they missed hearing him on air.
Among those who reacted was reality TV star and former sangoma Gogo Skhotheni, who couldn’t resist adding her own twist.
She commented: “Eish senga hamba bengizokusiza, geza ngomcamo,” meaning, “If I were still a sangoma, I was gonna help you bathe with pee.”
Her cheeky reply added fuel to the lighthearted banter, showing that even in the middle of controversy, Sol’s suspension continues to spark humour and support online.
