Popular dancer and influencer Tsekeleke has surprised many by speaking fondly of his ex-girlfriend, Black Cat Girl, despite their controversial split earlier this year.
The TikTok star, real name Mixon Tholo, confirmed their break-up in 2025 after months of speculation.
Their relationship was marred by allegations that Black Cat Girl had been using him for financial gain, and the separation was far from smooth.
Still, Tsekeleke recently published a video in which he credited his former partner for changing his life.
“That lady cleaned me up and bought me clothes. She removed me from the streets. If I hadn’t met her at Nelly Mawaza’s party that day, I would still be dancing in the streets today,” he said.
The dancer admitted that his ex played a significant role in his transformation, insisting he wouldn’t be where he is today without her.
This softer tone is a far cry from the bitter accusations that surrounded their fall-out.
Earlier in the year, reports revealed that Tsekeleke had secured a protection order against her, claiming she mishandled his booking fees.
He also accused Black Cat Girl of cheating, saying her affairs were so blatant that she didn’t bother to hide them.
Their families were also dragged into the drama, with Tsekeleke’s relatives allegedly forbidding him from seeing or speaking to her.
