DJ Black Coffee mourns friend's death
Grammy Award-winning DJ and producer Black Coffee is mourning the death of his childhood friend and fellow musician Victor Mbotho. The internationally acclaimed artist took to his official X (formerly Twitter) account to pay tribute to Mbotho, who passed away earlier in the week. Sharing a nostalgic throwback photo of himself on stage with Mbotho and two other childhood friends, Camagu Mabuya and Mnqobi Shoba, Black Coffee expressed his heartbreak with a simple message. “We lost a good friend in you Mbotho. RIP bhuti🙏🏿🕊️,” he wrote. In the old photo, the four young men could be seen performing together on stage in matching suits.
