Lasizwe confirms he’s no longer speaking to his brother Lungile amid family tension

The viral leak comes after claims circulated on X (formerly Twitter) alleging that Lungile had asked for R1 million to appear on Lasizwe’s popular YouTube series Awkward Dates.
The rumour quickly fueled talks of a family rift, prompting Lasizwe to finally clear the air.
In the leaked story, Lasizwe admitted, “My brother and I aren’t talking, but it’s not about money. I’ve chosen to walk my own path, separate from the family taxi business.”
According to insiders close to the entertainer, Lasizwe has been distancing himself from the family’s business operations due to ongoing internal conflicts.
