Inno Morolong celebrates nearly a year of sobriety
Inno Morolong is ending 2025 on a high note after revealing that almost a year of sobriety has transformed her life in ways she never expected.
The Diamonds and Dolls star, who continues to work in the nightlife industry as a club host, said stepping away from alcohol has improved her health, focus and overall well-being.
According to Inno, the decision to stop drinking has brought a new sense of clarity and productivity into her daily routine.
“I’m more productive, I feel good, and my skin is glowing,” she shared, adding that she now saves the money she used to spend on “expensive champagne and single reserves.”
With her new lifestyle, she says she has more energy to work, exercise and take care of herself.
“I also see changes in my health, I have more energy and time for work,” she said.
Reflecting on her past, Inno admitted that alcohol had impacted her personal and professional life in ways she no longer wishes to dwell on.
She explained that drinking affected her finances and contributed to the loss of friendships and relationships.
“Alcohol brought me so many downfalls and setbacks, more than fun times. There’s so much I can say, but I choose not to because I’ve moved on from all of that and am in such a peaceful and tranquil headspace,” she said.
Despite working in environments where alcohol is everywhere, Inno said discipline keeps her grounded.
She shared that she often spends her nights hosting events with only water or an energy drink in hand.
“While people are fighting over champagne, I’m chilled with my water or energy drink,” she said.
Inno also highlighted her breast reduction and liposuction procedures as part of her biggest personal wins this year, explaining that the changes were something she wanted for her own confidence and happiness.
“I have been wanting that to improve my image for a long time, for myself and my own happiness,” she said.
