Rachel opens up about her divorce from Siya Kolisi in upcoming documentary ‘Falling Forward’

Rachel Kolisi has finally shared the long-awaited teaser for her new project, Falling Forward, after weeks of hinting at what she was working on.
In the emotional clip, the philanthropist becomes teary-eyed as she opens up about her divorce from Springbok captain Siya Kolisi.
The teaser features footage recorded during the month the former couple shocked Mzansi by announcing their separation.
Rachel explains that publicly sharing her story was daunting because many people viewed her as someone who managed every aspect of life with ease, from marriage and motherhood to business and public expectations.
In the documentary, she admits that she was barely coping.
“This is going to be hard,” she says in the clip. “People always asked how I balanced being a wife, a mom, a businesswoman, and still showing up everywhere. The truth is, I didn’t. I didn’t manage it, and a part of me feels like I failed.”
Rachel reveals that during that period, she felt completely broken.
She searched for meaning in the difficult changes unfolding in her life and leaned heavily on her faith, believing that her pain would eventually serve a purpose.
“What that’s led me to is a point where I’m broken. I think a lot of people are wondering how I’m navigating it and what healing looks like. I believe sometimes God allows tough things because He will use them for good, for healing, for connection, maybe even purpose,” she shares while wiping away tears.
