South African rapper Emtee has received public support from media personality Sizwe Dhlomo following the recent controversy that erupted after the musician appeared to doze off on stage during a live performance.

After clips of the incident circulated on social media, Emtee faced heavy criticism, with many users accusing him of performing under the influence of drugs.

The rapper, however, dismissed the allegations and explained that his condition was due to extreme fatigue, saying it was his third performance of the day.

Amid the backlash, Sizwe Dhlomo took to X to show his support, posting, “Big Hustle! ❤️ 🤗 Please take care of yourself my G.”

Emtee responded appreciatively, acknowledging the concern and encouragement.

“Ngiyakuzwa bhuti 🙏🏽 I’ll definitely put best foot forward and keep trying to work on myself. You know I respect you big dawg so thank you. Means a lot to me. Nah FR,” he wrote.
