Emtee claims he is single after 12 years of marriage

Emtee announces end of his 12-year marriage
Emtee has sparked fresh concern about his marriage after posting a string of troubling tweets suggesting that his relationship has come to an end.
The rapper, who has been married to Nicole Kendall Chinsamy for over a decade and shares three children with her, took to X on Thursday to declare that he is now single.
“Now I’m single. Time to show you y I am a Goat,” he wrote.
In his posts, Emtee reflected on what he described as years spent in a deeply toxic relationship, claiming he had loved someone who “hates me with a passion” and describing the union as emotionally damaging.
In one of the more alarming messages, the rapper pleaded for help, warning that the situation had become dangerous and suggesting fears for his safety, before later shifting focus to what he says matters most to him now, his children, career and team.
The tweets quickly reignited public concern around the couple’s long-troubled relationship.
Emtee has previously alleged that he was physically and emotionally abused by his wife, claims that shocked fans when they first surfaced.
At the time, he openly spoke about feeling trapped in a toxic marriage.
In 2024, reports suggested the couple was heading for divorce, only for reconciliation rumours to emerge in early 2025, with Emtee said to have moved back home in an apparent attempt to fix the relationship.
His latest social media outburst now suggests that those efforts may have failed.
While neither Emtee nor Nicole has issued an official statement clarifying the current status of their marriage, the rapper’s posts have left fans worried about his mental and emotional wellbeing.
For now, Emtee insists he is choosing to prioritise fatherhood and his music, as questions continue to swirl about what has really unfolded behind closed doors.
