Robert Mugabe’s youngest son Chatunga faces possible deportation from South Africa

Bellarmine Mugabe

Chatunga Bellarmine Mugabe, the youngest son of former Zimbabwean president Robert Mugabe, could be deported from South Africa after immigration authorities confirmed he is allegedly living in the country without valid documentation.

According to officials, Chatunga had previously been denied entry into South Africa.

Despite that decision, he is believed to have remained in the country, a development that has now placed him under renewed scrutiny.

Immigration authorities stated that he was residing in South Africa illegally and warned that he risks being sent back to Zimbabwe if his status is not urgently regularised.

The situation adds to Chatunga’s growing legal troubles.

He is also reportedly facing a charge of attempted murder after allegedly shooting at his gardener following an argument.

Authorities have not yet confirmed when a final decision on his immigration status will be made, but unless his paperwork is resolved, deportation appears to be a strong possibility.
