Black Coffee celebrates milestone 50th birthday
Grammy-winning DJ and producer Black Coffee marked a major milestone this week as he celebrated his 50th birthday.
The internationally acclaimed music star turned 50 on Wednesday, 11 March.
A day later, he took to Instagram to share stylish photos of himself while reflecting on the journey that has shaped his life and career.
“50 🎈🎉 Grateful for life, love, music, family, lessons, highs, lows and everything in between,” he captioned the post.
The post quickly attracted thousands of reactions, with fans and industry colleagues flooding the comment section to congratulate the DJ on reaching the milestone.
Among those who joined in celebrating the award-winning artist was fellow musician Anatii, who kept his message short but meaningful.
“More life on the highest King!” he wrote.
Media personality Somizi Mhlongo also shared a heartfelt message while welcoming Black Coffee to what he described as a special chapter of life.
“Welcome to the best floor of life. 50th floor. Halfway behind. Halfway ahead. Being in the moment has never been so important than from now on. Happiest day buddy,” Somizi commented.
