Businesswoman Shauwn Mkhize is once again making headlines after her former husband, Sbu Mpisane, reportedly took legal action against her over unresolved issues linked to their divorce settlement.

According to reports, Mpisane has approached the court years after their split, arguing that the terms of their divorce have not been fully carried out.

While their divorce was finalised in 2024, the latest development suggests that not all aspects of the agreement have been settled.

At the centre of the dispute is the division of their shared estate. It is understood that the pair were married in community of property, meaning their assets should be split equally.

However, Mpisane now wants a liquidator to be appointed to oversee the process, claiming it has not been properly handled.

As one report explains, “Mpisane reportedly claims that the process of winding up the estate has not been carried out properly, arguing that a liquidator should be appointed to ensure the assets are fairly divided. His legal move aims to compel Mamkhize to comply with what he says the court ordered in their divorce settlement.”
