Thandeka cries foul after BBMzansi loss, claims show was “rigged from the inside”

Thandeka questions BBMzansi results after emerging first runner-up

Big Brother Mzansi Season 6 finale, runner-up Thandeka Tshabalala has set social media ablaze after openly questioning the integrity of the competition that crowned Liema Pantsi as the winner.

Making her first major post-show appearance on Podcast and Chill with Mac G, Thandeka didn’t hold back.

She alleged that the production team manipulated footage in ways that painted her in a negative light while positioning Liema as the more favourable housemate.

According to her, key moments were selectively edited, ultimately shaping public perception against her.

“It’s the truth. To come out and find out that some of the things were cut, and I was made to be the villain, and then uLiema is obviously, like dainty, dainty. But it’s fine. But it was rigged from the inside, the punishments they handed down,” she said.

She went further, suggesting that even disciplinary measures inside the house were unfairly skewed.

Thandeka argued that while multiple contestants were punished, the show’s portrayal singled her out in a way that made her a target among viewers.

“Come on now, everybody is serving a punishment, but I’m the one who’s wearing amaunicorns, etcetera. You’re obviously making me a target in the house, but I don’t know, maybe for shock value,” she added.

The narrow margin between her and Liema has also become a sticking point for the reality star.

Still unconvinced by the outcome, she questioned the credibility of the final vote tally, simply stating: “By three percent?”

Thandeka also credited herself for a surge in the show’s online engagement, claiming her presence significantly boosted its popularity during the season.
