Amapiano star Masterpiece YVK has reached a major milestone in his music career after officially signing a record deal with Universal Music South Africa
The talented musician, whose real name is Thabang Kganakga, shared the exciting news with fans on social media, reflecting on the inspiration he drew from stories centred around “power, loyalty and legacy.”
Taking to social media, Masterpiece YVK wrote: “Growing up, I admired stories about power, loyalty and legacy. Movies where one decision could change a family’s future forever. Today felt like one of those scenes. Now that we have the inspiration, it’s time to create our own story together with @universalmusicsa.”
