Terry Pheto to lose house
Terry Pheto will lose her house in Bryanston, Johannesburg.
The actress’ house is allegedly built with funds linked to siphoning of the National Lottery Commission (NLC) grant, hence it will be auctioned.
The luxury home has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large rooftop garden with entertainment area and maid.
In 2022, Terry denied involvement in the aformentioned funds.
“I deny any involvement in the alleged scheme that has been reported on. I also had no prior knowledge of an application to obtain a preservation order against me and have no sight of this order.”
Howerver, the SIU revealed after investigation that her house was built with money from the National Lottery Commision funding meant for the roll-out of a public campaign and culturally sensitive medical intervention projects aimed at achieving traditional circumcision practice.
