American star Keke Palmer has filed a restraining order against her ex-boyfriend Darius Jackson accusing him of abuse and she seeks full custody of their 8-month-old son, Leodis.
She alleges he has been physically violent to her, including an instance where he trespassed her home and threatened her before.
The actress Palmer claimed that she has security footage of Jackson trespassing and threatening her at her home.
She said “he trespassed into my home without my knowledge or consent and threatened me before lunging for my neck, striking me, throwing me over the couch and stealing my phone.”
The Akeelah and the Bee star has requested Jackson stay at least 100 yards away and does not want him to be granted visitation rights, per the filing; Palmer is not asking for child support.
“It is because of our son, Leo, that I was finally able to end my relationship with Darius onceand for all and escape the abuse,” Palmer stated in a declaration. “Leo is the most important thing in the entire world to me; he needs and deserves to be safe and grow up in an environment free from violence.”
