Thembabroly attacked at a nightclub
Thembabroly Mabasa and his friends were attacked while performing at a recent gig in a Johannesburg nightclub.
The music artist shared a video revealing the injury sustained from the attack.
Speaking to Zimoja, Themba narrated the hideous event which resulted in the admission of his friends to the hospital.
“We were having a great time at the club,” he says. “That is until a drunk bouncer assaulted a girl for putting her feet on the couch. He got physical with her and we tried to stop the fight but it got out of hand,” he adds.
“Other security tried to stop him but he started fighting all of us. There were about four of us and one of the guys had to be admitted into the hospital after being badly injured.”
“We still need to open a case, we need to get the footage from the club and I need to go see my friend in hospital because he was badly injured,” he says.
“I know fighting is not the solution but we were never going to let another man assault a woman, especially for something so small. It’s a pity someone had to land in hospital. I just hope that he will be okay.”
