South Africans remember Sindi van Zyl on her 3rd death anniversary

Medical doctor Sindi van Zyl is being remembered by friends and fans on social media on her 3rd death anniversary.

The HIV/Aids activist passed away on 10 April 2021 at the age of 45 years old from Covid-19 complications.


Sindi was celebrated while alive and after death as she was fondly known as “the people’s doctor” and the “duchess of healing”.

Millions was spent while Sindi was hospitalised but she later passed away.

Twitter users remember the late doctor as people pay tribute to her.
