Njelic disappoints fans in Durban

South African musician Njelic, real name Tshwarelo Motlhako releases a statement of apology after a no-show at an event in Durban.

The DJ was expected to perform at Brown Sugar, in Durban.


In a statement directed to the management of Brown Sugar Oceans Mall and Patrons, Njelic apologised for being absent on Sunday for the show.

He also assured fans that he is in talks with the promoter to re-schedule; he said the new date will be announced.

“Yesterday, I was confirmed to perform at Brown Sugar, in Durban, but due to unforeseen circumstances, I wasn’t able to make it for my performances. I would like to apologise to people who had made time to come to the event but weren’t able to experience my performance,” the DJ wrote.
