Lady Du celebrates one of her employees who achieved success at work
Lady Du inspires her followers with a story of one of her staff members at Wawa Le Beauty.
“I have a young lady at my salon her name is precious, she took it upon herself to come to an interview when we were interviewing the staff to open a salon, she had been doing nails for a month, but she came with no experience, i looked at her nails but from her story i saw a you g passionate young girl that i would train myself and improve to be the beast at nails.
“On the day of the interview i could see her confidence go down and the other ladies confidently look at me like sge wouldnt get the job, i called all of them and announced that she was the first one hired! Based on character and how she behaved on the day.”
“Forward to today, precious is the highest earning at the salon, her nails are gorgeous.”
“When i started my salon i taught my staff that when the service starts on a very high people dont learn they start becoming comfortable and they brand goes down but when we start from the ground up we learn and become better. Those that were complaining can come back”.
