Connie Ferguson talks against online scammers

Connie Ferguson issues a warning to people against a fake TikTok account scamming people with all sorts of investments.

In a video shared on Instagram, the South African actress said there’s someone pretending to be her, using the platform for trading cryptocurrency.

She warned people by saying she’s not into online trading, and they wouldn’t get their money if they yield to such deception.

Connie further said there is no shortcut to getting rich, hence no one should get scammed.

“BE CAREFUL good people! BEWARE OF SCAMMERS! I DO NOT DO ONLINE TRADING and I would never ask anyone for money!”

“These criminals are so advanced they use artificial intelligence to video call people using someone else’s identity and scam them of their hard-earned money. Do not be so desperate that you ignore that gut feeling that tells you something is a not right!🥺 QUESTION EVERYTHING and do some research! Protect yourself and what is yours. Love and blessings always,” she wroe.
