Big Brother distances itself from Ash-Ley Ogle and Bonnie Bee’s misconduct
Big Brother Mzansi released a statement following the public’s outcry over Ash-Ley Ogley and Bonni Bee’s inappropriate behaviour in the house.
The organisers were called out on social media platforms following the women’s misconduct.
Biggie explained that Ash-ley Ogle and Bonni Bee had violated crucial rules outlined in Article 16, which explicitly mandates that any housemate who engages in physical violence will be removed from the house immediately.
The article also defines violence broadly to include both self-inflicted harm and aggression towards fellow housemates.
Additionally, the rulebook outlines other offenses, such as provocation, goading, bullying, and victimization, cautioning that these actions could lead to disciplinary measures at Big Brother’s discretion.
As a consequence of their actions, both Ash-ley Ogle and Bonni Bee received a strike each for their lack of understanding and insensitivity towards Kay B’s experience.
Biggie emphasised that their behavior was malicious and violated the house rules, leaving the two offenders with a harsh reality: Two more strikes and they will be disqualified.
The statement released reads:

Big Brother will continue to address any disobedient behaviour that does not adhere to Big Brother’s rules and while he is not able to force any housemates to apologise, he is determined to drive mutual respect among all housemates.”
