“We do love every day anyway. But this Valentine’s Day, I made a brave decision, and it broke my heart all over again. Parenting when the world feels like it’s crumbling around you is a different kind of challenge—one I hope I’ll never have to experience at this level again,” she wrote.
Rachel also expressed gratitude to those who have supported her through this difficult time.
“Never been more grateful for the very few who showed up to support and lean in this week, especially. One day at a time felt too big, so I just did one hour at a time—and it kinda helped. I made it to Saturday!”
