Cyan Boujee goes under the knife to change her saggy breasts
Cyan Boujee, whose real name is Honour Zuma, is no stranger to transformation.
The fearless 24-year-old influencer and pastor’s kid has been candid about her experiences with cosmetic surgery, and her latest procedure—a breast lift—marks another chapter in her evolving journey.
Speaking openly about her reasons for going under the knife again, Cyan shared, “I’m just getting my boobs lifted up so they are upright and pointy.”
The procedure took place in Durban, and for Cyan, it was about feeling comfortable and confident in her own skin.
Following her gastric sleeve surgery last year, which significantly aided her weight loss journey, she noticed changes in her body that she wasn’t entirely happy with.
“The gastric sleeve caused my breasts to be saggy, which I did not like,” she explained.
This isn’t Cyan’s first venture into cosmetic enhancement. She has previously undergone two Brazilian butt lifts and has been open about her decision to alter her appearance.
Her motivation, she says, is driven by personal satisfaction rather than public perception.
“I want to have a unique body and surgery is very addictive. Once you start, you can’t stop,” she admitted.
When it comes to fitness, Cyan has been refreshingly honest about her challenges with staying active.
In a previous interview, she revealed, “I’m too lazy and too famous not to work out,” adding a humorous touch to her honesty.
Despite the pressure that often comes with fame, she remains unapologetic about her choices and determined to prioritize her happiness.
“I don’t care much about opinions and judgments. I do what makes me happy,” she said.
