Refilwe Modiselle is now a team-building coach
Refilwe Modiselle is embracing yet another facet of her ever-evolving career.
In a recent Instagram post, the media personality shared a video of herself hosting a group session in a professional space, leading an interactive team-building exercise.
Seated in a circle, the attendees engaged in an experience curated by Refilwe, who now steps into a new role as a Team Building Coach (Life Fueling Coach).
Reflecting on this new chapter, she revealed that her clients and peers have encouraged her to add Life Coach to her resume.
“And so the evolution unfolds, as one continues to diversify. Another gift/responsibility bestowed, as a Team Building Coach. My Client & numerous people insist I add Life Coach to my resume!” she wrote.
The session, held in collaboration with Dr. Mokwena of Kriel Occupational Health, aimed to inspire unity and motivation among employees.
Adding a special touch, legendary Ndebele musician and culture expert, Dr. Nothembi Mkhwebane, was included in the event via video call to provide insight and judge a group task.
Acknowledging her support system, Refilwe credited her assistant coach, Agrippa Dumisani, for helping anchor the session.
She also took the opportunity to encourage businesses to invest in meaningful team-building activities rather than opting for traditional weekend getaways that yield little impact.
“Instead of taking your teams on weekends away with no actual fruits yielded, rather book @rvmteambuilding services that has a unique offering,” she advised.
For Refilwe, this transition is a natural progression, blending her background in corporate spaces with her entertainment industry experience.
She believes this journey is divinely guided, allowing her to serve in a unique and impactful way.
Marking this milestone with a heartfelt tribute, she dedicated the moment to her late grandmother, who would have celebrated her 101st birthday.
“Here’s to Refilwe Vanillablaq Team Building,” she concluded, embracing this new venture with gratitude and purpose.
