
Kelvin Momo says he’s sorry after missing shows
South African musician Kelvin Momo breaks his silence after missing several gigs over the past weekend.
Taking to social media this Monday, the DJ released a statement apologising to the people and brands affected.
“We want to extend our sincerest apologies for missing our scheduled performances at Cafe 69, Piano Hub, and Makubenjalo,” the statement started.
He further explained in the statement that he fell ill, hence cancelling all the shows.
“Due to unforeseen health issues, our artist, Kelvin Momo, fell ill, forcing us to cancel these highly anticipated gigs. We understand the excitement and ancitipation surrounding these events and are deeply sorry for any disappointment this may cause.
The musician said his health and recovery is a priority hence he was left with no choice but to not show-up.
“We appreciate your understanding and support during this time and look forward to making up for these missed shows in the near future.”
Kelvin concludes the statement by appreciating support from fans.
