Hungani Ndlovu speaks on men’s mental health
Hungani Ndlovu is embracing vulnerability and self-care following his recent split from Stephanie Ndlovu, and his latest public appearance proves just that.
The Skeem Saam actor was among the stars who attended an intimate men’s mental health event hosted by Thando Thabethe in partnership with her shapewear and underwear brand, Thabootys.
The actor, who recently made headlines after confirming the end of his six-year marriage, has been quietly navigating life post-divorce.
While both Hungani and Stephanie have chosen not to publicize much about the separation, they’ve each shared moments that hint at their emotional journeys, including therapy and personal reflection.
On Saturday, 28 June 2025, Hungani took to Instagram to share photos from the Bhuti’s Night Out event, held at Sorbet Man in Hyde Park.
The evening focused on creating a safe, inclusive space for men to open up about real-life issues.
In his heartfelt caption, Hungani praised the night’s openness and described how deeply it resonated with him.
“An evening where men showed up as themselves — open, real, and honest. 🙌🏾 We talked about the hard stuff. About hurt, healing, and figuring life out. About not having all the answers, and that being okay. This is what true masculinity looks like. And this is how we move forward, together.”
He went on to congratulate Thando Thabethe and her team for creating the platform, writing: “Congratulations to @thando_thabethe and the team at @thabootys for #ThaBhuti and @sorbet_man_hyde_park for having us 🙏🏾💛”
The star-studded gathering brought together several men from the entertainment industry, all eager to unpack issues often left undiscussed.
