Pabi Moloi gushes over her body transformation as she fits into her 7-year-old cloth
Pabi Moloi leaves social media buzzing over her jaw-dropping body transformation.
The seasoned Power FM radio host shared a video that sparked a fresh wave of conversation about her dramatic weight loss, as she revealed that she can now fit into a jacket made for children.
Moloi, who recently impressed fans with her return to the gym in May, posted a clip on Instagram on Tuesday, 1 July, showing off a denim jacket that once belonged to her, from when she was just seven years old.
The jacket, labeled for kids aged 11 to 12, still fits her perfectly nearly three decades later.
In the video, she jokingly recalls how her family used to caution against throwing things away.
“My family would say, ‘ge obatla go lahla dilo Paballo, oska di lahla’: meaning if you want to throw things away, don’t, because maybe one day you’ll want them again.”
Moloi went on to share that growing up, she was always a big child and had worn the jacket around age 7, despite it being sized for older kids.
She also noted that she has typically worn a size 40 for most of her adult life, making her ability to now slip into childhood clothing a major milestone in her fitness journey.
Adding a nostalgic twist, Pabi even held up the original receipt for the jacket, revealing it cost just R80 back in 1996.
“Ke ya Mandela,” she said with a laugh, referring to the era the jacket was bought in.
