Nandi Madida’s podcast named one of Apple’s best of 2025
Nandi Madida is overflowing with gratitude after her podcast, The Motherhood Network, was officially recognised as one of Apple Podcasts’ Best of 2025.
The milestone comes just six months after she launched the platform, which has quickly gained momentum for its honest, unfiltered conversations about motherhood.
Since its debut, the podcast has featured powerful and influential women including Basetsana Kumalo, Minnie Dlamini, Sho Madjozi, Ntokozo Mbambo, Nozipho Ntshangase, Buhle Mabanga and Bayanda Gumede, among others.
Their heartfelt stories have resonated deeply with listeners, helping the show build a loyal and inspired community in a short period of time.
The recognition means a lot to Nandi, who shared how emotional and grateful she is for the journey.
She credited her dedicated team as well as her children, Shaka and Nefertiti, who she says are the heart behind the platform.
She also thanked God for giving her the courage to use her experiences to uplift others.
“What a year. I am overwhelmed with gratitude. Thank you to my amazing team, and especially my babies, my kids Shaka and Nefertiti, the heart behind this platform. I am so emotional. I really have the BEST kids. Thank you GOD for speaking to me and giving me a voice when I felt overwhelmed by my gifted kids’ diagnoses and giving me the strength to advocate for them openly, so other mothers could feel seen. This platform came because of them!” she shared.
“May we continue to give you more healing, inspiring and relatable stories!”
