Pam Andrews opens up about being in an open marriage for 11 years
Pam Andrews has sparked major conversation on social media after speaking candidly about how her 11-year marriage actually works.
The former Rhythm City star, best known for playing Gail October, recently shared a video on Instagram revealing that she and her husband, Voytek Pieron, agreed years ago to an open marriage.
In the clip, posted on Wednesday, 26 November 2025, the actress explained that she and her husband don’t live together and freely date other people by choice.
“My husband and I have been married for 11 years, we don’t live together, and we have an open marriage,” she said.
Pam added that many people often question how she makes such a relationship work, but she believes the concept is far more common than most people admit.
“Most people ask how I can be in an open marriage. Let me tell you something: most marriages are open marriages; it’s just that one of you doesn’t know, which means one of you is cheating. Usually, it’s us ladies who don’t know that we’re in open relationships. I’m just taking my power, I’m fine with it.”
For her, the core of the relationship is not strict monogamy but mutual understanding and responsibility.
She made it clear that her husband seeing other people doesn’t bother her as long as he continues to fulfil his role at home, and she’s also open to dating others.
In her words, “there’s more to life” than a partner who is faithful only on paper.
