South African reality TV personality and club hostess Inno Morolong has once again set social media abuzz after revealing that she recently underwent another cosmetic procedure.
The star took to Instagram on Sunday, 21 December 2025, where she shared a series of videos showing herself at the hospital before and after the surgery.
According to Morolong, the decision was a personal one, explaining that she wanted to spoil herself with a fresh transformation ahead of the festive season.
The mother of one described the procedure as a Christmas gift to herself, proudly announcing that she had decided to “gift” herself a new body.
In one of her posts, she openly thanked her surgeon for helping her achieve the look she has always wanted.
“I gifted myself with a new body for Christmas,” she wrote.
“Thank you to my all-time plastic surgeon, @drdeonweyers, thanks for giving me my dream body. I always trust you with my body.”
As expected, the revelation quickly sparked reactions online, with many users expressing shock that Morolong had gone under the knife again, while others applauded her confidence and openness about cosmetic surgery.
