Zakes Bantwini and Nandi Madida take Musa Khawula to court over offensive comments about their child

Zakes Bantwini and Nandi Madida drags Musa Khawula to court
Zakes Bantwini and Nandi Madida have reportedly taken legal action against controversial blogger Musa Khawula following a series of social media posts they describe as harmful and deeply offensive.
The celebrity couple, often celebrated as one of Mzansi’s most admired duos, are said to have approached the courts in a bid to put an end to what they view as damaging claims about their child.
The legal move comes after Nandi used her platform on X on 13 March 2026 to advocate for awareness and acceptance of neurodivergence.
In her post, she shared a personal mission to help shift public understanding around conditions often misunderstood.
“One of my missions in this life is to help people understand neurodivergence… Most importantly, to normalise neurodivergence. ADHD, autism, dysone etc.,” she wrote.
Her message, however, was met with a controversial response from Khawula, who replied with a statement that has since sparked outrage online.
“You are only interested in this ’neurodivergent’ matter only because you gave birth to a retard… Good luck to you and your retard, Xo Xo, gossip girl.”
The comments quickly drew backlash, with many social media users condemning the language as harmful and inappropriate.
For Bantwini and Madida, the remarks appear to have crossed a line, prompting them to escalate the matter legally.
According to reports, the couple is seeking an apology and demanding that Khawula cease making any further statements involving their names or family.
Their legal action signals a firm stance against online attacks, particularly those involving children.
