Actress Sonia Mbele revealed her past struggle with depression. She narrated how all she did to get over depression failed. However, lucky her, she survived it.
SA celebs have really gotten these year swept in their depression stories while some survived it, others didn’t. The late music icon, HHP, who was recently buried too suffered from depression, though, he couldn’t survive it as he died late last month.
Speaking with the Drum magazine, Sonia had a lot to say about her depression period.
“I tried therapy but it didn’t work. Things got so bad I would even google ways of committing suicide and going out quickly and pain-free because I’d had enough of my life.”
During the actress and businessman Leslie Sedibe divorce process, she went through a lot of troubles as it also affected her career at that time. This problem at that time triggered the depression she battled with.
However, she’s over depression as she’s seen glaming in all snaps shared and she’s got striking message that has helped her in which could help her fans in return.
