Earlier this week Cassper met with Gauteng Premier, David Makhura to discuss potential ways the government can support the industry. During the meeting, Cassper Nyvest donated the whooping sum of R50k to the student fundraising initiative at Wits University.
Considering that Cassper had been struggling financially, that was a kind gesture. But fans were in impressed with his token.

One fan revealed that 50k can barely cover the tuition fee of one student while another says if Cassper could make millions through his music sales, 50k is a bit too low from him.
