Media personality and TV Presenter Lerato Kganyago has resigned from her job at SABC’s Live Amp after taking center stage for two years. Details around the reason she resigned has been sketchy.
Reports online this morning suggests she walked away from the job after SABC stopped her from taking a new gig on DSTV’s Mzansi Magic as the host of Project Runway SA. This is not the first time a presenter has been caught in the middle of the competition between SABC and DSTV. Lerato’s last Live Amp is expected to air on May 18. Lerato was voted as the Best Presenter at the SAFTA last month.
