Bonang Matheba’s case is one of the recent in court and her failure to appear in court has been more of a concern to the public but it was resolved that she could not appear in court because of her busy schedules out of the country. In other to sort the alleged case which was her failure to pay both business and personal tax, a legal team was selected.
Recently, it was over the social media that Bonang’s legal team seeked for the case to be postponed and Bonang’s warrant of arrest to be removed. All of their wishes was granted by the Magistrate who said that should Bonang not appear in court next month, the warrant will once again take effect.
