Cassper Nyovest made the statement, ‘I am not Homophobic’ on Twitter in a bid to apologize to a fan who he publicly said ‘no homo’ to while trying to have a snap with the rapper.
Cassper has attracted lot of hates on him ahead of his Fill Up concert in Durban as a fan said that the rapper is being hypocritical when he said ‘no homo’ because years back, he performed at gay pride.
Although, Cass declared he peformed at the gay pride free.

The fan’s best-friend went further to defend his friend on Twitter:
You humiliated my Best friend @CassperNyovest infront of your squad just because he wanted to take a picture. That is really disdainful, I really lost respect for you and this tweet from 2012 just affirmed that you aren’t for the LGBTI+ COMMUNITY. pic.twitter.com/Titr1EJSKG

However, Cassper had to save himself from the huge hate and apologetically cleared the air in a video:
“First of all I want to make it clear: I am not homophobic. I have no problems with gay, bisexual people, white, black…I don’t have a problem with anybody. I love everyone.”
“I guess it was distasteful and I would like to apologise if that offends anybody.”
Just to clear something for the LGBT community. Keale rata blind!!! Tse baya ke maka!!! ❤️ pic.twitter.com/9mDchUts8I
