Babes Wodumo’s feels is over the moon as she was excited after assault charges against her sister, Nondumiso Simelane, Tipcee and the singer herself got withdrawn.
The singer had got various visit to the court this year and while she’s yet to get settled with the case between herself and boyfriend, Mampintsha Mandla, the assault charges the trio faced related to an incident at a guesthouse in Umbilo, Durban, in March, as been resolved.
The complainant in the matter, Nelisiwe Zondi, who accused them of the allegations whas said to be absent in court.
However,the National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) spokesperson Natasha Kara, revealed to TshishaLIVE, saying:
“The matter or the charges against the accused were withdrawn. This is because the complainant and accused have come to some sort of resolution through ADR.”
Interestingly, outside the courtroom, the Gqom singer dished out her many dance moves alongside friends.
