Thembi Kgatlana has joined SD Eibar until the end of the season.
South African international, Thembi Kgatlana has secured another deal in Europe, after her departure from Portuguese giants – Benfica.
Th Banyana superstar made waves with her name on the world stage, with a stunning strike against Spain in the Fifa Women’s World Cup in France, in 2019.
THEMBI KGATLANA HEADED FOR SPAIN
Having plied her trade in the United States and China, she is now set to extend her stint in Europe after completing a successful move to Spain.
Kgatlana made it known on Monday that she had signed for La Liga Iberdrola outfit, Eibar.

The club (SD Eibar) said the 2018 Women’s Africa Player of the year has signed until the end of the ongoing season, with the option to extend the deal further.
NEW BEGINNINGS FOR BANYANA STARS
This comes just days after some of Kgatlana’s teammates in the national team joined new clubs.
Last week saw skillful forward, Jermaine Seoposenwe secure a move to Portugal, joining Sporting Braga.
Another player to have found a new home is Banyana skipper, Janine van Wyk, who signed for Glasgow City in Scotland last Wednesday.
However, her defensive partner, Nothando Vilakazi penned a deal with Spanish outfit Logrono.
Kgatlana and Jamine van Wyk were teammates at American outfit Houston Dash, where they linked up with former Banyana mentor – Vera Pauw.
