MEC Bheki Ntuli: Mthwalume suspect reveals there may be more bodies

According to KZN Community Safety MEC – Bheki Ntuli, he said the suspected Mthwalume serial killer gave an insight that there might be more bodies before he committed suicide.


The suspect was linked to the gruesome deaths of five women.

He was found dead before he could point us to other areas where he had killed and dumped people.”

He had only shown us three sites where he had dropped these ladies but was going to show us more,” he said.

Ntuli said there is no substantial information that links the other arrested suspect to the murders, but police will make sure to continue investigating.

Police Minister – Bheki Cele said the two were apprehended as persons of interest.

The bodies of five women were found in Mthwalume over the past four months.
